Who We Are
The Merck Patient Assistance Program has been making Merck medicines available free or at low cost to qualified patients in need for almost 50 years.
Eligibility: Must live in the United States and have a prescription from a doctor licensed in the United States; must not have insurance or other coverage for prescription medicine; and cannot afford to pay for your medicine. If you believe that you meet the guidelines for the Merck Patient Assistance Program and you have received a prescription for a Merck medicine, call toll-free 1-800-727-5400 to obtain a brochure outlining the program and an enrollment application. What You Need To Do will provide more information about completing an application.
Please understand that incomplete or incorrectly completed applications will be returned to your doctor. This will slow down the processing of your request. Applications should not be photocopied - only original applications will be processed.
