Who We Are
Together Rx Access Card is a prescription savings program for medicines prescribed. Eligibility requirements are (1) not eligible for Medicare; (2) have no prescription drug coverage of any kind; (3) household income limits (45,000 for single person, $60,000 for family of two, etc); and (4) legal resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico. Individual may enroll by phone or online. The majority of pharmacies in the U.S. and Puerto Rico accept The Together Rx Access Card.
