Nephrology Associates offers geriatric assessment, cognitive assessment, ADL and IADL assessment, medication assessment (prescription and over-the-counter), physical examination, nutritional and diet review, functional assessment, check for sensory impairment, evaluation of falls, osteoporosis evaluation, evaluation and management of incontinence, elder abuse/domestic violence screening; checks for hearing impairment, vision impairment, depression, memory loss, anxiety and immobility.



80% of practice is devoted to patients age 60 years and older. Hospital admitting privileges at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova FairOaks Hospital, Reston Hospital and Potomac Hospital.



Locations located in Alexandria, Garrisonville, Gainesville, Leesburg, Manassas, Purcelville, Reston, Springfield, Sterling and Woodbridge.
