At the beginning of June 2017 the White House began the soft launch of the Veteran Complaint Line. This line has been created to give veterans a direct voice to the White House. The line is open from 8am - 5pm EST until 15 August 2017, when the complaint line becomes a functional 24-hour a day service for veterans. Veterans can voice their concerns or individual complaints by calling (855) 948-2311.
The complaint line is a vehicle for the VA to start collecting, processing, tracking, and responding to complaints in a more responsive way. No complaint is too big or too small. The complaint line is intended to be used for complaints of being overcharged at a facility to disability claims processing taking too long. The VA will use the data to improve the delivery of high quality health care and benefits to veterans and their families in a measurable way.
